Making sense of science spending

About

The Scienceogram aims to make sense of science spending—to raise awareness of what we spend on research, and put it into its broader social and economic context. Doing this advocates strongly for greater investment in research, from science and technology to social science and humanities.

It’s run by Dr Andrew Steele (@statto on Twitter), a computational biologist at the Francis Crick Institute in London.

The Scienceogram was founded by Andrew and Tom Fuller in 2013, following on from the Cashogram, which covered public spending more broadly.
